Design Review Before The First Sample
With 17 years of OEM/ODM experience, we review every design brief before cutting begins.
In-house Sample Room
Many customers have reported that samples from their previous manufacturers did not match the final production runs. This is because many factories do not have their own sample rooms; instead, they outsource sample production to external pattern-making studios, but are unable to replicate the same quality during actual production.
We have a 450㎡ sample room staffed by 10 dedicated professionals. Since both samples and mass-produced goods are created in-house, we can precisely control production methods and quality variations. Furthermore, while creating samples, we assess and anticipate potential issues that may arise during mass production, allowing us to address them proactively during the sample stage.
All materials, dimensions, and standards for our samples are sourced exclusively from the same supplier, ensuring complete consistency. Our production standards are governed by strict specifications, and mass production is carried out in full compliance with these guidelines.
