When using the bag as a backpack, the comfort of the shoulder straps and ease of storage are crucial. Therefore, the shoulder straps should be padded to prevent fatigue during extended use, and the design should include a way to stow the straps when carrying the bag by hand.

To achieve a lightweight yet durable design capable of withstanding a long-term load of 10 kg, we recommend using recycled, tear-resistant, heavy-duty nylon fabric, which is thick, tear-resistant, and eco-friendly.

We use genuine YKK zippers (there are many counterfeit YKK zippers on the market); we order directly from the YKK factory to ensure uncompromising quality.

All hardware components are finished with blue spray paint to ensure the paint does not fade. The hardware manufacturer is required to use high-quality plating and apply two layers of vacuum-sealed glaze to ensure long-lasting durability.
Issues and Solutions
1.
We found that, according to the original design, the connection point for the carrying handle and the inner lining of the drawstring were subjected to repeated tugging forces, with the stress concentrated on the inner lining. We recommended that the client relocate the stress point to the seam, which would ensure durability regardless of the force applied.
2.
After conducting multiple tests, we found that the stress points on the shoulder straps were also at risk of tearing. We have reinforced these areas in hidden, internal locations to ensure durability without compromising the external appearance. We have added an extra layer of webbing for reinforcement and reinforced it further with multiple rows of stitching.
