Customer Requirements: The customer intends to develop a box-style cosmetic bag, which requires the brand logo to be seamlessly integrated into the bag’s overall design. Lychee texture fabric will be adopted for the product.
Nevertheless, the customer’s logo features extremely thin lines. Several years ago, the customer had a sample produced by another manufacturer, but they have long been worried that the thin logo would lead to obvious fabric damage after heat pressing, which would affect the product quality. They have made two attempts to improve this issue, but it still remains unresolved.

Style Analysis: The box bag is a structured bag, and the overall shape after production needs to be very three-dimensional and shapely. It is necessary to redesign the design drawings and adjust the bag shape specifically for this style.

Fabric Analysis: The customer reported that when the previous lychee texture fabric was heat-pressed with a sharp and thin logo, the texture felt poor. We need to upgrade and replace the fabric with one that is suitable for structured bag styles, as well as sturdy and durable enough to accommodate the heat pressing of sharp and thin logos.

Due to the structuring requirement of the structured box bag itself, the bag body will be slightly heavier. We will replace the inner interlining with lightweight but higher-quality auxiliary materials, allowing the bag to maintain its shape while reducing its own weight.

The customer prefers a long metal shoulder strap. Considering the weight of the metal and the potential shoulder soreness from long-term carrying, we recommend using a lightweight and high-quality metal chain paired with PU material to ensure comfort during extended use. In addition, we have added a pure leather shoulder strap for the customer, enabling them to replace and use the two shoulder straps interchangeably for more choices and enhanced comfort.
