Durability Testing
Seam Tensile Test (120-300N)
Clamp fabrics on both sides of the seam. Apply force centrally on stitching without offset or torsion. Stretch slowly at a constant speed, hold tension at 120-300N.
The product passes if no broken stitches, seam tearing or fabric damage is observed.
Rubbing color fastness test
Use dry white cloth for dry rubbing and wet cloth with approximately 95% moisture content for wet rubbing. Place the sample on the color fastness tester and rub back and forth 10 times under 9N pressure.
Static Load Test (2 times load, 24 hours)
Place weights twice the rated load inside the bag, hang it on the static load stand for 24 hours. No breakage, obvious cracks, seam slippage or splitting, fabric delamination or fracture shall occur during and after unloading.
Zipper opening and closing fatigue test (3000-5000 times)
Fix the bag clampedly, keep the zipper straight naturally without distortion or pulling. Set the frequency and open & close back and forth at a constant speed for 3000-5000 cycles, with no jamming or extra external force applied.
Inspection after test: No missing teeth, strap damage, slider breakage or opening/closing stuck.
